Meet the isLucid portal: one place to build, run and improve your voice agents
A voice agent is never finished on launch day. The isLucid portal is where your team builds it, runs it, sees every call and improves it. No support tickets needed.

Most voice AI projects stall in the same place. The agent goes live. A few calls go wrong. Every fix becomes an email to the vendor: change this sentence, add that answer, find out why it hung up on a customer. Weeks pass between spotting a problem and fixing it.
We built the isLucid portal to keep that loop inside your team. It is one workspace for AI voice agents. You build them, put them to work, see what happens on every call and improve them. Here are the four places you will use most.
1. Call overview: see how your calls are going

Demo workspace with sample data.
The overview answers the first question every manager asks: are calls going well? You see how many calls were resolved, handed to a person or ended without a result. Results are split by topic. If one topic resolves worse than the rest, you know where to look next.
2. Call detail: read any call turn by turn

Demo workspace with sample data.
Every call has its own page. It shows the recording, the full transcript and each action the agent took, such as checking a calendar or booking a slot. Automatic quality checks flag the calls that need a human look. You don't have to read hundreds of transcripts to find the few that matter.
3. Agent builder: change how the agent behaves

Demo workspace with sample data.
The agent builder controls what the agent says, knows and does. You edit its instructions and the knowledge base it answers from. You choose the tools it can use in your systems and the data it should capture from each conversation. Every change is saved as a new version. Test a draft before customers hear it, and roll back if needed.
4. Outbound campaigns: put agents to work on calls

Demo workspace with sample data.
Campaigns let the same agents make calls for you: appointment reminders, follow-ups and surveys. Upload a contact list, schedule the campaign and track its progress. Numbers on your do-not-call list are skipped automatically.
"Will my team need to be technical?"
No. The portal is built for the people who own customer conversations: operations, customer service and sales leads. Not engineers. If you can edit a script for a human agent, you can edit one here. Our team sets up the first agents with you. We stay on hand while your team takes over day-to-day changes.
Why it matters
A voice agent is never finished on launch day. The teams that get the most from voice AI see what happens on their calls and fix it the same day. The portal makes that the normal way of working.
Want to see the portal with your own use case? We'll show it with an agent built around your calls, not a generic demo.
