Senior Developer (Backend)

You'll architect and build the services behind isLucid's AI voice platform — the APIs, data pipelines, and real-time infrastructure that let our agents handle thousands of concurrent calls reliably. You'll work close to the metal on latency-sensitive systems and set the engineering standard for the team.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate backend services in Node.js/TypeScript that power live voice agents
- Own reliability, observability, and performance of latency-critical, high-concurrency systems
- Model and evolve our PostgreSQL data layer and integration APIs
- Collaborate with AI and prompt engineers to ship model-driven features end to end
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and architecture
What we look for
- 5+ years building production backend systems
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise
- Solid PostgreSQL / relational data modelling and query optimisation
- Experience with REST APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures
- A production-reliability mindset: monitoring, testing, and graceful failure handling
AI Engineer
AI / ML · Remote (EU) · Full-time
You'll own the model layer of isLucid — from curating datasets to training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying the speech and language models that make our agents sound human. This is a hands-on role for someone who has trained data models in production, not just called an API.
What you'll do
- Train and fine-tune LLM, ASR, and TTS models for voice agent use cases
- Build dataset curation, labelling, and evaluation pipelines
- Design rigorous offline and online evals to measure model quality
- Deploy and optimise models for low-latency production inference
- Partner with backend and prompt engineers to take models from notebook to production
What we look for
- Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning data models (LLM, ASR, or TTS)
- Strong Python and PyTorch (or equivalent) skills
- Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem and modern training tooling
- Dataset curation, evaluation, and experiment tracking discipline
- Experience deploying models to production / inference at scale
Sales Regional Manager / Representative
Sales · Remote (EU) · Full-time
You'll own a region end to end: generating pipeline, running the full sales cycle, and closing enterprise deals for isLucid's AI voice platform. You're as comfortable prospecting as you are presenting to a CTO, and you know how to sell technical products to security-conscious enterprises.
What you'll do
- Own a regional quota: build pipeline and close enterprise voice-AI deals
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for buyers
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Partner with marketing and product to sharpen regional go-to-market
What we look for
- Proven B2B SaaS sales track record with regional / quota ownership
- Experience selling technical products to enterprise buyers
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a region remotely
Prompt Engineer
AI / ML · Remote (EU) · Full-time
You'll design and refine the prompts, conversation flows, and guardrails that shape how isLucid's voice agents talk, reason, and act. You'll combine a feel for language with an analytical, eval-driven approach to make agents more helpful, safe, and natural on every call.
What you'll do
- Design prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows for voice agents
- Build and run evals to measure and improve agent quality and safety
- Iterate on real call data to close gaps and edge cases
- Define guardrails and fallback behaviour for reliable conversations
- Work with AI and backend engineers to operationalise prompt changes
What we look for
- Hands-on experience prompting and steering LLMs in production contexts
- Strong conversation / dialog design instincts
- An analytical, eval-driven approach to iteration
- Excellent written communication and attention to nuance
- Comfort working with data to validate what actually improves outcomes
