History

First we understood voice and verbally made business communication. Then we taught AI to understand conversations and semantics. Now it runs them — listening, deciding, and acting in real time.

2019 — The founding insight

After building and selling an IT company, our founder kept seeing the same loss: the decisions that drive a business happen in conversations, then slip away before anyone acts on them.

2020 — isLucid begins

Founded in Vilnius and early to real-time audio-streaming AI, with one promise to customers: turn everyday conversations into action a business can use — so nothing important gets lost. Mobile application to enable contractual information building from a verbal conversation. Apps were successfully published on PlayStore and Appstore.

2021 — Native to Teams

With the start of Covid we gave Microsoft Teams users one of the first AI assistants that captured tasks the moment they were spoken — no more decisions lost after the call. Backed by Coinvest Capital, Katalista Ventures, Startup Wise Guys and other investors.

2022 — Proven in the enterprise

Available on Microsoft Marketplace and recognized across the Microsoft ecosystem - so enterprises could adopt conversational AI with confidence it would hold up to real demands. International customers from Australia to Europe and North America. Multilingual and machine learning enabled.

2023 — Conversation Insights

We moved towards higher number of calls. Customers wanted to understand every call, not just record it within the call center. We built Conversation Insights for deep traditional callcenter call analysis. isLucid runs on their own infrastructure with local models, data kept in-country, strict security, and controllable cost.

2024 — Intelligence from every call

Our analysis matured - intent, sentiment, and outcomes across thousands of calls - so teams could coach agents and act on what customers really meant. Focus on actionable insights leading to the next action - either to prevent churn, upsell or detect anomalies. Joined NVIDIA Inception; backed by Business Angels Fund, Agmis and previous investors to move into the contact center.

2025 — Voice agents begin

The next step was clear: if AI could understand a call this well, it could hold one. We began building autonomous voicebots that handle calls end to end — in any language, on the customer's own infrastructure. First successful commercial deployments. Reached the milestone of 1 million calls running through our AI on monthly basis.

2026 — First voicebots live

This year our AI voice agents are expanding with customers in demanding verticals like telecom, insurance, energy.. handling calls in 50+ languages, deployed securely on-premise. Today we're a team across two offices: Vilnius and Boston with mission to make voice AI actually affordable and trustable.
