We understand that your needs might differ. One wants to manage everything within the organization, another one wants a plug and play solution. We cover you both.
With Service as a Software, you will get isLucid running for you. Based on your plan you will get a limitation for the number of meetings you can have transcribed during the month. You can always upgrade or use an intuitive task creation flow without transcript once you reach your limit. You will be billed only for meetings with enabled transcription.
With isLucid Deployed you will get isLucid running on your Azure Cloud. You will pay only a license fee based on the user number you have for us. Please have in mind, that you will be responsible to cover Azure Consumption bills on your client for the isLucid runtime. Contact sales to get more details and your Azure consumption projection.
