For 245 million monthly active Microsoft Teams users we are building a voice-first meetings assistant. Now it turns voice to text to actionable items within the PM software.

The current implementation is based on .NET, Angular JS some React microservices, and ML instances. Storage, communication, etc – all go on Azure.

I’m looking for full-time help on a salary (2k-3.5k after taxes) + stock options basis. Strong mid/senior-level .NET knowledge is necessary. Full-stack? Great! Ideally a person with a startup mindset behind and capable to interact with corporate devs. You’ll get a few contractors to coordinate, a direct channel to ask for support from MS devs in Redmond, and a fast-growing fresh, yet mainstream platform to work on. Specific needs? You will get your budget to make it right. Over a year we aim to build an internal team of 4 devs, which, I hope, you will be capable to lead.

We are VCs funded startup, supported by MS and with high ambitions. No BS attitude helps us move fast, wide network helps to get a lot of support in terms of product building. We do have some technical debt, understand that things are far from perfect. And that’s why we are looking for you!

English and the option to meet us in the Vilnius office at least weekly (for a full day) is a must. Think, discuss, implement attitude is also crucial. We hate here hotfixes (thought it sometimes happens) :).
